What we collect, and what we do with it

Your quote request

Your form progress is saved on this device for up to 30 days. When you enter a valid email or phone number, your contact details and current quote answers are also saved to our private CRM as an incomplete quote so we can help you finish your request. A reference is shown before submission. Without a valid contact, no incomplete quote is retained in our CRM. After a connection interruption, your saved answers sync when you reopen the form or the open page reconnects. This does not reserve a visit or subscribe you to marketing. When you select Send request, we receive your complete address, preferred date and time, cleaning preferences, notes and any photos you attach. We use these details to prepare a quote, respond to you and arrange a visit if you choose to book.

Optional details and photos

Your phone number is required so we can contact you about your request. Photos are optional. When you type in the street-address field, your partial address is sent to Google Maps to suggest Ontario addresses. You can also enter an address manually. Google processes these searches under its privacy policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy. We save the address you submit with your cleaning request, not the list of suggestions. Please avoid including people, documents, valuables or working access codes in photos or notes. Your full street address, city and postal code are required to submit a complete cleaning request. Unit details are required only if applicable.

Storage and access

Requests are stored in our private administration system on Hostinger. Access requires an authorized account. Photos, address details and private notes are encrypted in storage. Hostinger provides the hosting infrastructure; we do not sell your information or share leads with advertisers.

Keeping information up to date

To ask about your request, correct your details or request deletion, contact hello@bunnycleaning.ca. We may need to retain information connected with completed services or outstanding payments.

Cookies and external resources

A necessary session cookie helps protect the request form and administrator sign-in. We record campaign tags, the referring website and the first and latest arrival during your current website session (up to 24 hours) to understand how quote requests reach us. We keep only the referring domain and landing page path, not full referring URLs. When analytics or advertising connections are enabled, Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta Pixel load only after you allow optional cookies. You can change your choice using Cookie preferences. Declining does not affect your quote request. Successful requests may be counted as lead conversions; contact details, addresses, notes and photos are not included in those conversion events. Pages may load web fonts from Google Fonts; your browser sends connection information to that provider when loading a font.
