Usually the same evening. We both work weekdays, so an email sent at 10am gets answered after work rather than during it.

Where we go
Mississauga, Oakville and Burlington. Why only three cities.
Please do not email buzzer codes, lockbox combinations or alarm codes before a date is agreed. Once a visit is booked we will ask for exactly what is needed, and nothing more.

Tell us within 24 hours and we come back and redo it, at no charge. Use the same address, and say what was missed — you do not have to make a case for it.
